How does the rental work:

Toy bundle in the value of approximately €120 and Balance Boards: Security deposit in the value of the item + €25 monthly rental fee. Any items above your main bundle of €120 are calculated on pro-rata basis

Waldorf rockers, pickler triangles and activity cubes: security deposit in the value of the item + monthly rental fee €35 or more (depending on the climbing frame and amount of ramps selected).

Deposit: At the end of your rental period, if you decide to keep items from your bundle – your rental fee will be refunded or partially reduced depending on the value of the toys kept. Otherwise, if you sending items back - your rental fee is withheld & full deposit is refunded.

Postage: Postage/delivery to send items out to the customer is covered by DluluKaloo (for the bundles over €100); customer covers postage/ delivery to send items back if not keeping the items.

Returns: prepaid AnPost label at €7 can be enclosed with your bundle on request. Alternatively, label can be requested one week before the items are due back. Please note, Waldorf rocker & a ramp will need 2 labels as these are packaged separately. To send pickler triangle with AnPost will cost €16.

Courier collections available from your home at the fee of €15.

Please request courier collection one week before your items are due back. Label will be emailed to customer’s email address. It will have to be printed and attached to the parcel. Please note, all items have to be securely wrapped & secured for courier’s collection.

FAQs

What do I do with the packaging that toys arrive in:

All packaging remains property of DluluKaloo unless items have been purchased. Please ensure to keep all the boxes/ leaflets and anything that items arrive in as all will have to be returned back to DluluKaloo.

If the item/ packaging was damaged during the delivery, please notify immediately and send appropriate photos.

All items have to be securely wrapped when sending them back and if provided boxes are not available, each case will be dealt with separately: certain packaging may inccur an additional fee of €12 in order to replace these.

FAQs

How toys are cleaned:

All DluluKaloo toys are washed with warm water & ecological sanitizing hand wash. Followed the wash, these are air dried and wiped with diluted vinegar. From time to time wood has to be moisturized - olive oil is used to do so.

Toys are quarantined and cleaned between customers. No harsh chemicals are used, all is natural and environmentally friendly.

What happens if a toy gets damaged:

Please notify immediately if the toy is damaged during the delivery!

General wear & tear is expected. Please do not put sharp objects underneath the rocker or balance board as it can damage the wood. Please care for the toy as it is your own but it is understandable that things happen!

(1) Minor damage, scratches, dents - all expected and no charge will occur.

(2) Obvious deliberate damage to the toy & it is impossible to fix the toy - amount agreed with the customer will be withheld from the security deposit and rental fee will be refunded.

Damage is dealt with on a case by case basis as each case is different.
