Return policy.
1. Return Eligibility:
Every customer has a right to cancel their purchase and get a full refund when a fault occurs within 30 days of receiving the goods. Alternatively, during the 30 days after customer receives a product that is faulty, Customer also has an option to ask us for a repair or a replacement.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that Customer received them, and in the original packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, gift cards, clearance items are non-returnable.
Customer does not have the legal right to return an item if customer changes their mind.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dlulukaloo@gmail.com with order number and the reason for the return.
Once the return is approved, we will send customer a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, Customer’s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.
4. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If Customer needs to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at dlulukaloo@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item is faulty.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from Customer’s refund if we provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. International Returns:
If Customer is returning items from outside Republic of Ireland, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
